Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across the UK and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does delivery take?

UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days. International orders may take 7–14 working days depending on your location and local customs.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Are your products really limited to 500 pieces?

Absolutely. Every Artique Lab edition is strictly limited to 500 pieces worldwide. Once an edition sells out, it will never be restocked — that’s a promise.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please contact us to initiate a return.
