Returns & Refund Policy

At Artique Lab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

Items must be unworn and unwashed
Items must be in their original condition with all tags still attached
Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible

To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via our Contact page with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve this as a priority at no additional cost to you.
